To grow up is not necessary a matter of age or wealth, but maturity that ideated by one’s experience, knowledge, wisdom, perseverance, vision, and determination. So that one would love, think, behave, response, and make decisions appropriately at all times. May we all grow and mature together in this New Year as endless opportunities approach us! - at Washington D.C.
We do not have to have an expensive closet in order to dress tastefully; we should not have to pay a fortune to eat healthily; we do not have to be in the greatest schools in order to be wise; we certainly should not have to find happiness in the many materialistic things which we possess; and we must not have to be rich to live an abundance life;. That being said, a simple life can be just as tasteful, healthy, wise, happy, and abundant! - at New York City
This holiday season has been one of the greatest: I have reunited with and been introduced to more fellow musicians than I can remember. I am encouraged by seeing many similarities among us: most of us are not necessary wealthy, indeed almost none of us are, but we all know that we are living the richest life! We are doing what we love every day; we are experiencing and discovering new things in our daily lives; we love and embrace beauty; we are always being challenged to be creative; we learn about the world and human souls as we constantly grow and love as human beings through music-making; we can express beyond the boundaries of words; music is not merely a job for us, but it is our lives… we are literally living our lives to the fullest! I am extremely thankful, not only because I have been given the opportunity and chosen to live this life, but even more so: I have great companies! To all my fellow musician friends, both far and near - a very blessed new year filled with opportunities ahead of you! - all my love @ New York City
